- Take I-264 West to Downtown Norfolk
- Continue on I-264 West to Waterside Drive
- Continue on Waterside Dr until it becomes Boush Street
- At the intersection of Boush & Brambleton Ave, turn Left
- Continue on Brambleton Ave staying in the right lane past the medical campus
- Brambleton Ave will curve to the Right turning into Hampton Blvd
- Turn RIGHT onto Gresham Drive
- Take an immediate LEFT into the Heart Hospital Garage OR

From Chesapeake
- Take I-64 West to I-264 West
- Take I-264 West to Downtown Norfolk
- Continue on I-264 West to Waterside Drive
- Continue on Waterside Dr until it becomes Boush Street

- Take Route 17 towards Norfolk
- Continue on Route 17 until it turns into Route 164
- Take 164 to 58E – Midtown Tunnel/Norfolk
- Proceed through the Midtown Tunnel
- Once through the tunnel bear to the left keeping straight
- Turn RIGHT onto Gresham Drive – Medical Campus
- Cross over Brambleton Avenue onto Gresham Drive
- Take an immediate LEFT into the Heart Hospital Garage OR

From Hampton/Newport News/Williamsburg
(via Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel)
- Take I-64 East through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel
- From I-64 East, take Exit 284A (onto I-264 West heading to Norfolk)
- Continue on I-264 West to Waterside Drive
- Continue on Waterside Dr until it becomes Boush Street
- At the intersection of Boush & Brambleton Ave, turn Left
