On The Go Vanilla Latte Sugar Free (comes in a box from General Foods International)
60 calories; 3g fat; 0 sugars
Diet Sensible Sweets Hot Chocolate (from Swiss Miss)
25 calories; 0g fat; 2 sugars; 2 protein
Fat Free milk
Combine one package each in 8 - 12 oz (I like 12) of fat free milk with
a handful of ice cubes and blend until ice is chopped up.
If you use fat free milk it is only 165 calories for 8 oz with barely any sugar!
For an added protein boost, I add 1/2 a scoop of unflavored Unjury protein powder.
